Search engine optimization (SEO) is the art and science of getting pages to rank higher in search engines such as Google. Because search is one of the main ways in which people discover content online, ranking higher in search engines can lead to an increase in traffic to a website.In Google and other search engines, the results page often features paid ads at the top of the page, followed by the regular results or what search marketers call the "organic search results". Traffic that comes via SEO is often referred to as "organic search traffic" to differentiate it from traffic that comes through paid search.Often, SEO is taught as a set of best practices. But for this to be truly understood, it has to be understood within a business context. Also the actual tools need to be understood in a hands-on manner. This is what prompted me to start recording for these videos.The best way to learn social media is to learn it in a case study format. That is what we have attempted to do in this course.Every case study starts with an initial business context. And then goes into the approach to be taken and how the SEO can be leveraged for that business context.All the major tools have been covered : Ahrefs, Google Search Console, SEMRush and Ubersuggest
