This is what prompted me to start recording for these videos. The best way to learn social media is to learn it in a case study format. That is what we have attempted to do in this course. Every case study starts with an initial business context.  And then goes into the approach to be taken and how the social media platforms can be leveraged for that business context. All the major platforms have been covered : Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, YouTube and Whatsapp.
